Job Description
Join the Save-On-Foods team as a Click & Collect Order Shopper in Duncan, British Columbia! This is an active role perfect for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. As an Order Shopper, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling online grocery orders, ensuring our customers receive the freshest products and a seamless pick-up experience. Immediate start available for a dedicated individual ready to contribute to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer online grocery orders according to specified standards and timelines.
- Ensure product quality and freshness, checking for expiry dates and damaged items.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order substitutions or out-of-stock items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage and staging areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service during order pick-up, ensuring a friendly and efficient interaction.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
