Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Pharmacy Logistics Hand to join our state-of-the-art warehouse facility in Calgary. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in logistics within a clean, climate-controlled, and highly organized pharmaceutical environment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely handling of pharmaceutical products, ensuring all processes adhere to strict safety and quality standards. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of pharmaceutical products according to order specifications.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against manifests, and accurately record inventory.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling, staging, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and company policies.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
