Job Description

A unique opportunity for an active individual to join our team as a Supermarket Trolley Auditor. This outdoor role involves ensuring the optimal availability and condition of shopping trolleys across various Publix locations in New Port Richey, FL. You will be instrumental in maintaining a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our valued customers. This position requires someone who enjoys physical activity, working outdoors, and has a keen eye for detail, contributing directly to our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits of shopping trolley fleets at assigned Publix supermarket locations.
  • Inspect trolleys for damage, cleanliness, and operational functionality.
  • Relocate trolleys from parking lots to designated storage areas efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain accurate records of trolley inventory and maintenance needs.
  • Report any major damage or missing trolleys to store management promptly.
  • Collaborate with store staff to ensure high standards of trolley availability and presentation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during trolley management.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Comfortable with physical outdoor work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
