Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Online Booking Agent to join our team, specializing in spa and wellness services for Marriott International properties. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location with a reliable internet connection. As an Online Booking Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking to book spa treatments, wellness packages, and other related services. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage booking inquiries, ensure accurate scheduling, and contribute to a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming booking inquiries for spa and wellness services via online platforms, email, and phone.
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate spa treatments, packages, and appointments based on their preferences and availability.
- Accurately enter and update booking details into our reservation system, ensuring all information is correct.
- Provide detailed information about spa services, pricing, promotions, and facility guidelines.
- Resolve booking conflicts, cancellations, and modifications efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all spa offerings across various Marriott properties.
- Collaborate with on-site spa teams to confirm availability and address special guest requests.
- Uphold Marriott International's standards of excellence in customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle sensitive guest information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using online booking systems, CRM software, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
