Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Midstream Planner to join our team in Downtown Mobile, Alabama. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and stable scheduling of personnel and resources within our midstream operations, with a particular focus on maintaining consistent rota structures. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong organizational skills, and have an analytical mindset. You will work closely with operations managers and other planners to develop, implement, and monitor robust scheduling plans that support continuous operational flow and minimize disruptions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of personnel rotas and operational schedules, ensuring stability and adherence to operational requirements.
- Gather and analyze data related to operational needs, personnel availability, and resource allocation to inform planning decisions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand staffing needs, shift requirements, and potential scheduling conflicts.
- Utilize planning software and tools to create, adjust, and optimize schedules.
- Monitor adherence to established schedules and identify deviations, working to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on scheduling performance, resource utilization, and potential areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of new planning strategies and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all planning activities and communicate changes effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance planning skills and industry knowledge.
