Job Description
Join The DRIPBaR team as an IV Hydration Nurse and play a vital role in our clients’ wellness journeys. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in IV insertion and a passion for holistic health. In this role, you will administer customized IV vitamin drips and intramuscular injections, educate clients on the benefits of our services, and ensure a safe, comfortable, and exceptional experience. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a spa-like setting, focus on client education and wellness, and earn tips and commission in addition to a competitive base salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough client consultations to assess needs and contraindications.
- Administer IV vitamin drips and intramuscular injections safely and effectively.
- Monitor clients during and after treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various therapies and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all medical and safety protocols, including HIPAA.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized treatment environment.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to provide seamless client experiences.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
Required Skills
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with IV insertion and venipuncture.
- Excellent knowledge of sterile techniques and universal precautions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPR/BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a medical spa, wellness center, or urgent care setting.
- Knowledge of vitamin and nutrient therapies.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Customer service experience in a high-end environment.
