Job Description
We are actively seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman for immediate hire to join our growing team in New Port Richey, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a diverse range of repair and maintenance skills to provide essential services for residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for performing various small home repairs, general maintenance tasks, and minor improvement projects. Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of general home repair tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and basic appliance repair.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, then implement effective and lasting solutions.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner, adhering to quality and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of work to be performed and estimated timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper disposal of waste and debris.
- Manage time and resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and local building codes.
- Provide accurate estimates for work and track materials used on each project.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in general handyman work or a related trade.
