Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all assigned training modules and workshops.
- Provide administrative and operational support to various departments as required.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document management.
- Learn and adhere to Concentrix's corporate policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Shadow experienced team members to understand day-to-day business operations.

Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Some post-secondary education or enrollment in a business-related program.
