Job Description
Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and maximizing efficiency through cutting-edge technology? Accenture is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Workflow Optimizer to join our dynamic team in San Jose, California. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and refining automated workflows using Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate, Logic Apps, and SharePoint. Your expertise will directly impact our clients’ operational effectiveness, enabling smarter work processes and significant productivity gains. This role requires a keen eye for process improvement, a deep understanding of Microsoft’s workflow ecosystem, and the ability to translate complex business needs into streamlined, automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Microsoft technologies.
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable automated workflows primarily using Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance for all developed workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for implemented solutions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for all workflows, including design specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
- Train end-users and support staff on new workflows and best practices.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Microsoft's Power Platform and related technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Monitor workflow performance and identify areas for continuous improvement and further optimization.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions with Microsoft Power Automate (Flow)
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and its capabilities for data storage and content management.
- Proficiency with Logic Apps for enterprise-level integrations.
- Experience with Power Apps for building custom forms and applications.
- Solid grasp of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or similar certification.
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, or other Azure services.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Dynamics 365).
- Experience in a consulting environment or client-facing role.
- Knowledge of UIPath, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA tools.
- Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
