No prior experience is required – we’re looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality. As an E-learning Course Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, accuracy, and user-friendliness of our diverse range of online educational courses. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to impactful educational content from anywhere in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive testing of e-learning modules, courses, and platforms across various devices and browsers.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in course content, functionality, and user interface.
- Verify that all course elements, including videos, quizzes, interactive exercises, and text, function as intended.
- Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on user experience and course quality.

- Collaborate with content creators and development teams to resolve identified issues.
- Adhere to established testing protocols and timelines.
