Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and balance a cash drawer with precision, adhering to all bank policies and security procedures.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Wells Fargo products and services.
- Educate customers on various banking services, online banking, and mobile banking options.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a commitment to first-call resolution.
- Adhere to all bank regulations, compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
