Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Banker to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a Retail Banker, you will be the face of Wells Fargo, providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their banking needs, and identifying opportunities to offer solutions that meet their financial goals. This role involves processing transactions, opening new accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and educating customers on our range of products and services. You will play a crucial role in building lasting customer relationships and contributing to the growth of our branch. This position offers a competitive salary with the potential for a 13th-month salary and performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Open new checking, savings, and other personal accounts.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate Wells Fargo products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Process loan applications and refer customers to specialists as needed.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about financial trends.
