Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet, Chat) related issues.
- Assist with user account provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification.
- Monitor Google Workspace health and performance, escalating issues as needed.
- Document procedures, create user guides, and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Participate in training sessions to expand knowledge of Google Workspace features and security best practices.
- Support security initiatives, including MFA enforcement and access reviews.
- Collaborate with IT team members on various projects to improve system efficiency and user experience.
- Learn and adhere to internal business standards and compliance requirements related to IT administration.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of IT systems and networking principles.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) from a user perspective.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role.
- Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
- Any relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate).
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools.
