Job Description
Join the Amazon team as a Night Shift Warehouse Operative in Minworth, Birmingham. We are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to help us pick, pack, and sort customer orders. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new stock efficiently
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and safely
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with team members
- Sort and place items on shelves according to organizational standards
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 23 kg
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but not required
- Experience with handheld scanners or inventory systems
