Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line technical support to EA Sports players via various channels (chat, email, phone).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues related to game installation, connectivity, performance, and in-game errors.
  • Document all player interactions and resolutions accurately in our support systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or development teams when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with new game releases, patches, and known issues for EA Sports titles.
  • Educate players on best practices and available resources for self-help.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

  • Strong passion for video games, especially EA Sports titles.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
