Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Aide to join our Kitchener team on a part-time basis, with hours designed to accommodate school schedules. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with mail distribution, both incoming and outgoing, and manage courier services efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure supplies are well-stocked and organized.
  • Support meeting room setup and tidying, including basic refreshment preparation and post-meeting cleanup.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by management, demonstrating adaptability.
  • Ensure the office common areas are tidy, presentable, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
  • Provide reception coverage when needed, welcoming guests, managing visitor logs, and maintaining security protocols.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities for clear and concise interactions.
