Job Description
We are seeking an innovative AI SEO Content Strategist to join our dynamic Growth Marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing advanced content strategies leveraging artificial intelligence tools to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall digital presence. You will work closely with content creators, SEO specialists, and marketing teams to ensure our content not only ranks high but also resonates deeply with our target audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, experience with AI content generation tools, and a proven track record of increasing organic search performance for complex websites. You will be at the forefront of integrating AI into our content lifecycle, from ideation and creation to optimization and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI-driven SEO content strategies that align with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Utilize AI tools for keyword research, content ideation, topic clustering, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content writers to integrate AI-generated insights and outlines into high-quality, human-edited content.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, and backlink profiles, using AI-powered analytics platforms.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, SEO algorithms, and digital marketing trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular content audits and provide recommendations for optimization based on AI and data analysis.
- Train and educate team members on best practices for leveraging AI in content creation and SEO.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, SEO best practices, and ethical AI usage principles.
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements and content initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an SEO Content Strategist or similar role, with a focus on growth marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, MarketMuse) for content strategy and creation.
- Expert-level knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with large-scale website SEO and content management systems (CMS).
