Job Description
Are you ready to kickstart a fulfilling career in technology and customer service? Concentrix in Falmouth is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Immediate Hire Google Assistants. This is an entry-level position where you will receive comprehensive training to become proficient in supporting users with Google products and services. If you’re tech-savvy, a problem-solver, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you! You’ll be the first point of contact for users, providing support and guidance on a range of Google-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support for various Google products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with new Google product features and service updates.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Eligibility to work in the UK.
