In this unique part-time role, you will be responsible for anonymously assessing the quality of service, ambiance, food, and overall experience at high-end restaurants and dining establishments. Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit assigned fine dining establishments as a regular patron.
- Methodically evaluate all aspects of the dining experience, including reservation process, greeting, service efficiency, menu knowledge, food presentation, taste, wine pairings, ambiance, cleanliness, and payment process.
- Provide comprehensive, objective, and constructive written reports detailing observations and experiences within a specified timeframe.
- Adhere strictly to evaluation guidelines and protocols, ensuring all required data points are covered.
- Maintain complete discretion and anonymity throughout the evaluation process.
- Manage assigned evaluation schedules effectively and submit reports punctually.
- Present a consistently professional and polished appearance befitting high-end environments.
