Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Warehouse Sorter in Mesa, AZ. Key Responsibilities
- Sort and organize packages by destination, size, or type according to established procedures.
- Load and unload packages from conveyor belts, carts, and delivery vehicles.
- Scan incoming and outgoing packages using handheld devices to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift (up to 49 lbs), and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in sorting and scanning tasks.
- Reliability and strong work ethic, including punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment.
- Basic communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center setting.
- Familiarity with scanning technology or inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
