Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Receptionist with a primary focus on online chat and email correspondence to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote position is crucial for maintaining our high standards of patient and member communication. You will be the first point of contact for many, providing exceptional service, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience through digital channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond promptly to all incoming online chat and email inquiries from members, patients, and the general public.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, general health inquiries, and navigate individuals to appropriate resources within the organization.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using our internal systems.
  • Resolve basic member issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other virtual support staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy.
  • Contribute to improving virtual communication processes and tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, with a strong emphasis on digital communication.
  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
  • Proficiency in using online chat platforms, email systems, and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
