Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and creative Branding Assistant with a strong focus on Digital Identity to join our remote team. In this role, you will support the Brand Management team in maintaining and evolving Concentrix’s digital brand presence, ensuring consistency across all online platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about brand integrity, digital trends, and remote collaboration, contributing to a global brand’s success from the comfort of their home office. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our brand’s visual and verbal identity in the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of brand guidelines across all digital assets and platforms.
- Support the creation and review of digital content (e.g., social media graphics, website elements, email templates) to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor Concentrix's digital presence, identifying areas for brand enhancement or correction.
- Manage and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access and proper version control.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and design teams to ensure brand alignment in campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry branding best practices and digital identity trends.
- Provide administrative support to the Brand Management team as needed.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for brand development.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of digital branding principles and guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual consistency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content management systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web content review.
- Experience working in a global or large corporate environment.
- Project management software familiarity (e.g., Asana, Trello).
