Job Description
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for digital communication? Concentrix is seeking a dedicated Virtual Inbox Manager to streamline and optimize our internal and external email communications. This 100% remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on maintaining a clear, efficient inbox without any voice interaction. You will be responsible for managing multiple inboxes, ensuring timely responses, effective categorization, and proactive flagging of critical information. This position requires exceptional written communication skills and a strong ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize multiple email inboxes, including sorting, filtering, and archiving messages daily.
- Prioritize emails based on urgency and importance, forwarding critical communications to the relevant team members.
- Draft professional and concise email responses on behalf of executives or departments.
- Schedule and manage calendar appointments derived from email communications.
- Flag important deadlines, follow-ups, and action items, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
- Develop and implement efficient email management strategies and best practices.
- Prepare summaries or reports of email correspondence as needed.
- Utilize email management software and productivity tools effectively.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with professional email management and organization.
- Exceptional written communication and grammatical skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Gmail, or similar email platforms.
