Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Partner to support our small business and freelance talent ecosystem. This 100% remote contract role is designed for individuals or small businesses who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can seamlessly manage diverse administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and smooth coordination of projects and communications related to Netflix’s engagement with its freelance and small business partners. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize administrative workflows for freelance and small business partner engagements.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications between internal Netflix teams and external partners.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense reporting, and basic financial tracking related to partner contracts.
- Maintain accurate records and databases of partner information, contracts, and project statuses.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for administrative inquiries from assigned partners.
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in administrative support or project coordination (3+ years).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Experience with basic financial administration (invoicing, expense tracking).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with freelancers or small businesses.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Understanding of contract administration basics.
- Previous experience in the entertainment or tech industry.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
