Job Description

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Compliance Assistant to join our regulatory team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This vital role focuses on supporting our compliance initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector, ensuring adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our pharmacy operations, assisting with documentation, audits, and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documentation and reports.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex regulatory guidelines.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, Business).
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting or healthcare compliance role.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, controlled substance regulations).
  • Experience with compliance management software.
