Job Description
We are seeking highly observant and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Automotive Mystery Shoppers. In this vital role, you will anonymously evaluate the customer service, sales process, and overall experience at various automotive service centers. Your objective and thorough feedback will directly contribute to identifying areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement, ensuring our service standards remain top-tier. Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit designated automotive service centers as a regular customer.
- Engage with service advisors, technicians, and other staff according to specific scenarios provided.
- Meticulously observe and document the entire service experience, from initial contact to vehicle pickup.
- Evaluate cleanliness, professionalism, efficiency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through structured reports and questionnaires.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding observations and assignments.
- Meet deadlines for report submission and ensure accuracy of all data collected.
- Potentially evaluate digital interactions, such as online scheduling or follow-up communications.
