Job Description

We are seeking a highly meticulous and dedicated Online Records Assistant to join our team in Charleston, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and updating digital records specifically pertaining to 15-year-old teens for one of our key clients. This position demands exceptional attention to detail, a strong commitment to accuracy, and strict adherence to data privacy protocols. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into various online record management systems.
  • Organize and classify digital documents and files related to 15-year-old teens.
  • Perform regular audits of online records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Identify and correct discrepancies or errors in existing records with precision.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
