Job Description

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting small businesses? Grant Thornton LLP is seeking an Online Virtual Office Partner to provide essential administrative and operational support to our small business clients. This 100% remote role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing diverse tasks, communicating effectively, and thriving in a virtual environment. You will be a critical part of our clients’ success, helping them streamline operations and focus on their core business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive virtual administrative support to multiple small business clients.
  • Manage and organize digital files, documents, and client records with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle email correspondence, calendar management, and scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents as required.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up technology and taking minutes.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Research and gather information to support client projects and initiatives.
  • Implement and maintain efficient virtual office systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working directly with small business owners or startups.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Certification in virtual assistance or administrative professional programs.
