Job Description
Join Amazon as a Warehouse Picker Packer and become an essential part of our dynamic fulfillment team in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time, permanent position where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training! You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, ensuring they meet Amazon’s high standards for quality and speed. This role involves standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process new stock and other products
- Pick customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Pack items securely and prepare them for delivery
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (after training, if applicable)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets
Required Skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (approximately 22 kg)
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
