Job Description

As a Junior Detailing Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle presentation, guiding a small team of detailers, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and train junior detailers on proper techniques, product usage, and safety protocols.
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and interior conditioning.
- Conduct final inspections to ensure all vehicles meet Ziebart's stringent quality standards before customer delivery.
- Assist in scheduling detailing tasks and managing workflow to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and provide excellent service.
- Monitor inventory of detailing supplies and report needs to management.
Required Skills
- Proven exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle detailing processes and products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead by example.
- Physical stamina to perform detailing tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
