Job Description

Are you an organized, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in the exciting world of video games? Ubisoft is seeking an EA Support Staff to join our team in Burlington, VT. This entry-level role is a unique blend of general office administrative support and assisting with playtest logistics. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office while also getting hands-on experience supporting the coordination of crucial game playtesting sessions. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies, organizing common areas, and handling incoming mail.
  • Assist with scheduling and preparing for meetings and presentations.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of internal game playtesting sessions.
  • Prepare playtest environments and ensure all necessary equipment is set up and functional.
  • Gather basic feedback forms and assist with data entry post-playtest.
  • Act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and internal staff.
  • Perform general data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless office operations.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of office equipment operation
