Job Description
Are you looking for a fun, fast-paced, and festive role this Christmas season? John Lewis & Partners in Sheffield is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Gift Basket Packer. This is a short-term, seasonal position crucial to helping us deliver beautifully crafted gift baskets to our valued customers. You’ll be responsible for assembling, arranging, and packing a variety of high-quality products into stunning gift baskets, ensuring each one meets our exacting standards of presentation and quality. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy creating beautiful things, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble and pack gift baskets according to specific design guidelines and customer orders.
- Ensure all items in the gift baskets are of high quality and correctly presented.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and basket components, reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
- Handle products with care to prevent damage and maintain pristine condition.
- Assist with other seasonal tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the department.
