Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated WFH Game Coordinator with a strong Project Management focus to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various game development projects, ensuring smooth communication, tracking progress, and coordinating tasks across multiple teams. You will act as a central point of contact, helping to maintain project schedules, manage resources, and facilitate effective collaboration to bring exciting new game experiences to life. Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between remote development teams, publishers, and external partners.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
  • Manage documentation, including project briefs, design documents, and progress reports.
  • Support the project management team in day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive remote work environment through active participation and proactive problem-solving.
