Job Description
As a WFH Mystery Shopper for Moms, you will play a crucial role in evaluating customer service, product quality, and store environments for various clients. This flexible, part-time opportunity is designed specifically for mothers who want to earn income while their children are at school, providing the perfect balance between family and work. You will conduct discreet evaluations, often interacting as a regular customer, and then provide detailed, objective feedback through online reports. This 100% remote position offers the freedom to choose assignments that fit your schedule and location, contributing valuable insights to major brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping assignments across various industries (retail, food service, automotive, etc.).
- Observe and accurately document specific aspects of customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, and employee conduct.
- Interact with staff as a regular customer, following assignment guidelines.
- Complete detailed and objective online reports within strict deadlines, including photographic evidence when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all assignment details and client information.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each specific mystery shop.
