Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our esteemed team at the Omni Frisco Hotel. This role is pivotal in delivering our signature 5-star service, ensuring every guest experiences a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure. You will be the first point of contact, embodying the professionalism and warmth that defines our brand. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival, performing efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Process guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and promptly.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, escalating issues as necessary to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Manage cash, credit card, and direct billing transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality guest experience.
  • Adhere to all hotel security and safety procedures.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver 5-star customer service.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
