Job Description

As the “Vallejo” at Kaiser Permanente, you will embody our commitment to the local community. This unique and pivotal role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from facilitating seamless operational support for our Vallejo facilities to actively engaging with local community initiatives. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that our presence in Vallejo is efficient, responsive, and aligned with our mission of total health. This position demands a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Vallejo community’s needs and dynamics. You will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of service and community partnership within the Vallejo region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate administrative and operational tasks specific to Kaiser Permanente's Vallejo location.
  • Act as a primary liaison between internal departments and local community organizations or stakeholders in Vallejo.
  • Support the planning and execution of community health events and outreach programs within the Vallejo area.
  • Manage local facility resources and ensure compliance with Kaiser Permanente standards and local regulations.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels to address community inquiries and feedback related to our Vallejo services.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on local operational performance and community engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to implement initiatives tailored to the Vallejo community's health needs.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative support, community relations, or operations coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
