Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Quick Service Host to join our dynamic team in Santa Ana, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon entry.
- Assist guests with menu inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Manage the flow of customers, ensuring efficient service and minimal wait times.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, condiment stations, and drink dispensers.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve minor issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Process orders and payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support team members with various tasks during peak hours.
Required Skills
