Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Terminal Liaison Chauffeur to join our elite team in Pasco, WA. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Carey International, providing impeccable chauffeured service and expert guest relations for our esteemed clientele arriving at and departing from local terminals and key locations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a seamless, luxurious, and punctual transportation experience, coupled with proactive assistance and concierge-level service. This includes meeting and greeting clients, assisting with luggage, coordinating with dispatch, and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle presentation and personal conduct. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional driving skills, a thorough knowledge of the Pasco area, and an unwavering commitment to discretion and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable chauffeured transportation for clients to and from various terminals and destinations.
- Act as a professional terminal liaison, meeting and greeting clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Assist clients with luggage handling and provide concierge-level support.
- Maintain the pristine condition and cleanliness of assigned luxury vehicles.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and client privacy protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding client status, route updates, and potential delays.
- Possess extensive knowledge of the Pasco area, including airport layouts, routes, and local amenities.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and provide exceptional guest services.
- Represent Carey International with the utmost professionalism and discretion at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional chauffeuring or high-end transportation experience.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Punctuality and strong time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using GPS and navigation systems.
- Discreet and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Impeccable personal presentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury hospitality or executive ground transportation.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Advanced defensive driving certification.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Familiarity with Pasco airport operations (PSC).
