Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and reliable High Net Worth Household Driver to provide stable, long-term transportation services for a discerning private client in Louisville, KY. This role requires exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and an unwavering dedication to client confidentiality and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing seamless and comfortable transportation, maintaining the client’s vehicle to the highest standards, and acting as a trusted and integral part of the client’s support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport the client to various destinations, including business meetings, personal appointments, and social engagements.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic, weather conditions, and client preferences, ensuring timely arrival.
- Maintain the assigned luxury vehicle in pristine condition, inside and out, including regular cleaning, refueling, and coordinating scheduled maintenance.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and operational readiness.
- Manage vehicle records, including mileage, maintenance logs, and fuel receipts.
- Exercise utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the client's personal and professional affairs.
- Anticipate client needs and preferences to provide a personalized and comfortable experience.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist with luggage and other items as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, as required by the client's itinerary.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a private household or executive chauffeur role.
- Impeccable driving record with no accidents or major violations.
- Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle class.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent knowledge of Louisville and surrounding areas, including optimal routes and traffic patterns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform minor vehicle checks and maintenance (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels).
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced defensive driving or evasive driving certification.
