Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing world-class support for their streaming experience. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home within the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Netflix members via phone, chat, and email.
  • Effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues related to streaming, account management, billing, and device compatibility.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, services, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.
  • Stay updated on product changes, new features, and policy updates.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • A high degree of empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic technical aptitude for troubleshooting streaming devices and internet connectivity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and entertainment services.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
