Job Description
Are you passionate about hair care and driven by sales success? L’Oréal is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Hair Product Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the Gloucestershire area, based out of Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity to represent world-renowned hair care brands, build strong client relationships, and significantly impact our market presence. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential salon, spa, and retail clients within your assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate L'Oréal's range of professional hair care products, treatments, and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for new accounts and existing client growth.
- Conduct regular client visits, product training, and merchandising support.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Keep clients informed about new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.
- Participate in regional sales meetings and training sessions.
- Manage customer queries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or hair care industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized.
- Full UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Existing network of contacts within the hair salon or beauty industry in Gloucestershire.
- Knowledge of L'Oréal professional hair care brands (e.g., Kérastase, L'Oréal Professionnel, Redken, Matrix).
- Experience using CRM software for sales management.
