Job Description

Electronic Arts is seeking an EA Sports FC Specialist with a Global Soccer focus to join our dynamic team in New Port Richey, FL. In this pivotal role, you will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring the authenticity, accuracy, and engagement of global soccer content within EA Sports FC. You will collaborate closely with development teams, community managers, and data analysts to provide insights that enhance the player experience and deepen the game’s connection to the real world of soccer. Your expertise will directly influence game features, player ratings, team data, and overall in-game realism, making a tangible impact on one of the world’s most beloved sports titles.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor global soccer news, trends, player performance, and league developments to inform game content and features.
- Provide detailed feedback and data-driven insights on player attributes, team strategies, and game mechanics to enhance realism.
- Collaborate with game designers, producers, and QA teams to ensure the accurate representation of global soccer in EA Sports FC.
- Analyze player feedback and community discussions related to soccer authenticity and suggest improvements.
- Support content updates and live service operations by verifying data accuracy for new players, teams, and events.
- Act as a key liaison between the development team and the global soccer community, articulating game vision and gathering feedback.
- Conduct thorough research on historical and current soccer data to ensure factual integrity.
Required Skills
- Deep, comprehensive knowledge of global football/soccer, including major leagues, tournaments, teams, players, and tactics.
