Job Description
Are you a positive, energetic individual with a passion for customer service and a keen eye for cleanliness? Palm Beach Tan is looking for a Tanning Salon Consultant to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be the face of our salon, guiding clients through our services, maintaining a pristine environment, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident and satisfied. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist all customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Educate clients on tanning lotions, packages, and membership options to drive sales.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the salon, including tanning rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Operate tanning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Open and close the salon according to company procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
