Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced VIP Transport Specialist with a strong focus on luxury SUV operations to join our elite team in Omaha, NE. This role is critical in delivering exceptional chauffeured services to our VIP clientele, ensuring their comfort, safety, and privacy. You will be responsible for operating our fleet of high-end SUVs, providing reliable and impeccable transportation services, and representing Carey International’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate luxury SUVs to transport VIP clients to their destinations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain an impeccable driving record.
- Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned vehicles, both interior and exterior.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness and safety.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings.
- Maintain strict punctuality and adhere to pre-planned itineraries, adjusting for real-time traffic or client requests when necessary.
- Ensure client confidentiality and privacy.
- Utilize navigation systems and communication devices effectively.
- Respond promptly and professionally to dispatch instructions and client needs.
- Complete accurate trip logs and reports.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional chauffeuring or high-end transport experience.
- Exceptional driving skills with a proven ability to handle luxury vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of the Omaha metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically with VIP or executive transportation.
- Defensive driving certification or advanced driver training.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Knowledge of an additional language.
- Experience with luxury SUV models (e.g., Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz GLS, Lincoln Navigator).
