Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Claims Administrator to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing insurance claims from initial report to resolution. This is a vital position that requires excellent organizational skills, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our policyholders. You will work independently from your home office, utilizing our advanced systems to ensure timely and accurate claims processing. This is a 100% remote position, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining the high standards of GEICO service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process new insurance claims, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Communicate professionally with policyholders, claimants, and third parties to gather information and provide updates.
  • Verify policy coverage and eligibility for claims submitted.
  • Coordinate with claims adjusters and other departments to facilitate the claims resolution process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized claim records in the company's database.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies during claims handling.
  • Identify and escalate complex claims or potential issues to senior claims personnel.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to claims processing, including scheduling and correspondence.

Preferred Qualifications
