Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administration tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Support various departments by performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and alert relevant personnel when reordering is needed.
- Help prepare meeting rooms and assist with basic setup for presentations.
- Provide a welcoming presence for visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Shadow experienced professionals to learn about different roles and functions within the company.
- Participate actively in mentorship sessions, seeking feedback and guidance on professional development.
Required Skills
