Are you a motivated 17-year-old looking for your first work experience in a fast-paced retail environment? Target in Santa Ana is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Inventory Taggers to join our part-time team. This entry-level role is perfect for teens eager to learn about retail operations, inventory management, and teamwork. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are well-stocked and our inventory is accurate, contributing directly to a positive shopping experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately tag and label incoming merchandise according to store standards.
- Assist with organizing and stocking shelves in various departments.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status.
- Adhere to all store policies and safety procedures.
- Support general store operations as needed, including guest assistance when appropriate.
Required Skills
