Job Description
We are seeking highly discreet and observant individuals to join our network of Luxury Brand Secret Shoppers. In this vital contract role, you will be responsible for meticulously evaluating the customer experience, product presentation, and service quality within high-end retail environments in Tallahassee. This position demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional professionalism, and the utmost confidentiality. You will provide critical feedback that helps our luxury clients maintain their unparalleled standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discreet and unannounced shopping visits to assigned luxury retail establishments.
- Rigorously evaluate all aspects of the customer journey, including initial greeting, sales associate interaction, product knowledge, sales techniques, and checkout process.
- Assess store ambiance, merchandising, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Accurately document observations and provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through comprehensive online reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignment details, client identities, and findings.
- Adhere to specific guidelines and scenarios provided for each assigned shop, including purchase and return protocols.
- Submit reports within specified deadlines.
