Job Description

McDonald’s in Meadowhall, Sheffield is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Hospitality Host to elevate our customer service standards. As a Hospitality Host, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcome, valued, and enjoys a positive dining experience. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent service and is perfect for individuals who love interacting with people and take pride in their work. This is an on-site position at our vibrant Meadowhall location.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greeting all customers upon arrival and departure.
- Assisting customers with ordering, using self-service kiosks, and table service.
- Ensuring the dining area is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Supporting team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations.
- Promoting a positive and friendly atmosphere within the restaurant.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
