Job Description
Are you a night owl with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional service? BestMark is seeking enthusiastic and discreet Secret Shoppers to evaluate bar and nightlife establishments in the RiNo Art District, Denver area. In this part-time role, you will anonymously visit designated venues during weekend nights, observe specific service standards, product quality, ambiance, and overall customer experience, and then provide detailed, objective feedback. This is an exciting opportunity to influence quality standards and get paid to enjoy Denver’s vibrant nightlife scene.
Key Responsibilities
- Anonymously visit assigned bars, clubs, or nightlife venues during weekend evening and night hours.
- Observe and accurately document specific criteria related to customer service, staff attentiveness, product knowledge, cleanliness, atmosphere, and adherence to brand standards.
- Interact with staff members as a regular customer, following provided scenarios and guidelines.
- Accurately record details such as service times, specific interactions, and pricing.
- Complete and submit detailed, objective, and timely evaluation reports online, supported by factual observations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
- Adhere to all project guidelines and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to maintain anonymity and professionalism during evaluations.
- Reliable access to transportation and ability to travel to various venues in the RiNo Art District.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (due to bar environment).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Access to a computer with internet connectivity for report submission.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or mystery shopping is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Denver nightlife scene.
- Experience using online survey or reporting platforms.
